Who we are

Highlands Ranch Champ is the artist project of Philip Rehberger. These terms govern your use of highlandsranchchamp.com and the customer-care SMS line published on the contact page.

By texting the customer-care line or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the customer-care SMS line. The line is restricted to US mobile numbers; messages from international numbers are not accepted.

SMS program terms

  • Opt-in. By sending the first SMS message to the customer-care line, you consent to receive reply messages from us for the duration of that inquiry.
  • Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a single acknowledgement and no further SMS until you reply START to resume.
  • Help. Reply HELP for a brief help message and contact information.
  • Frequency. Messaging is conversational and reply-only — typically four to ten messages per inquiry. We do not send unsolicited or promotional SMS, and we do not send release or tour announcements through this line.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. We do not charge any fee for using the customer-care line.
  • Supported carriers. The line works on most US mobile carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed — carrier filtering, registration status, or network issues may prevent message delivery.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the customer-care line for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or other users.
  • Send content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Attempt to overload, scan, or otherwise probe the line in a manner inconsistent with normal conversational use.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false contact information.

We reserve the right to block any phone number or IP address that violates these terms.

All music, lyrics, videos, book content, and original artwork on this site are © Philip Rehberger, all rights reserved unless an accompanying license states otherwise. The Highlands Ranch Champ name and visual identity are trademarks of Philip Rehberger.

Disclaimer

The site and customer-care line are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site or the line will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Philip Rehberger and the Highlands Ranch Champ project will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the customer-care line.

Privacy

Use of the site and the customer-care line is also governed by the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and customer-care line evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the most recent change took effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
